Based at site office in Kochi, our team was involved in the Installation Engineering for laying of the 48” 19km offshore pipeline, installation of Pipeline Manifold (PLEM) & piles, installation of tie-in spool, anchor pile installation for Single Point Mooring (SPM) buoy, SPM buoy installation and hookup, spooling activities onshore and pre-commissioning activities.
MR Vision Pipelines was involved in the design verification of installation activities such as PLEM lifting, Pile installation, Tie-in spool lifting, Pipeline installation study using OFFPIPE program, pipeline stability verification and shore pull.
We also provided assistance in preparing the Work Method Statements for all offshore installation activities pertaining to pipeline laying, PLEM installation, Tie-in spool installation and SPM buoy installation and hook up. We had seconded our engineers for assisting pipeline installation activity on barge.
