Scope of work

Carry out FEED for Tank Farm / Oil Storage Facility including the SBM and subsea pipeline system at Telesom New Compound Berbera Port at Somalia. The scope covers Project Management, FEED Deliverables in connection with the installation of the following facilities:

• SBM, PLEM and subsea pipeline for product import of the products.
• Onshore Pipeline to the Tank Farm.
• Pig Launcher/receiver, Manifold System and product receipt lines to storage tanks.
• Storage Tanks for Gasoline (10,000 m3), Diesel (20,000 m3), HFO (10,000 m3) and Jet fuel (10,000 m3).
• Truck loading Pump Station, Product loading & Unloading Facilities for white oil and black oil products. Filter Water Separators for Jet A1 product. Additive injection systems.
• D.G set facility, Sub Station, Electrical Room, Earthing & grounding system, lighting system, UPS system, Emergency Power Supply System, Cathodic Protection System.
• Terminal Automation System and Emergency shutdown system, Tank Gauging System, Tank Overfill Protection System, MOV monitoring and Control, Truck loading & unloading Control system.
• Hot Oil System, Service water facilities, Plant & Instrument Air system, Oily water treatment facilities.
• Fire detection, protection and suppression system consisting of Fire & gas detection and Alarm system, Firewater system including deluge system, Foam generation & distribution and sprinklers system, portable extinguishers, CCTV system, Public Address system.
• Office and Control room building, Amenities Building, substation building, workshop & stores, Gate house, Guard house, DG set room, Dispatch office other structures which include Product pump houses, Firewater Pump house, loading gantry, Truck inspection Gantry, Shelter for Car Park, Drivers waiting rooms and Hot oil heater shelter, Plant & Instrument air compressor shelter etc.
• EOT Cranes/Monorails, Parking areas, Weigh Bridge, Roads & paving, Drainage system for Industrial water, surface drainage and foul & grey water drainage, Fencing and Gates Air Conditioning and Ventilation System (HVAC).
